The economy is the worst it has ever been. The price of gas skyrocketed under his presidency and he ignored it because he and his friends were making money. The cost of gas, rose the prices of food and transportation, thus causing people to cut back and the downward spiral continued.
Also, he lied to us about reasons to go to war with Iraq and changed his reasons once WMD and the connection to 911 was disproven.

Name any other president who hasn't broken 30% in his entire second term? Not even Nixon was as hated as the despised W. who leaves the country in ruin. The only thing left for him to destroy would be to bomb the white house on his way out the door.
